My Fav Green Smoothie

I'm a big smoothie person, whether it be breakfast, lunch or a snack. I feel like I've got them dialled over the years so here's my green smoothie recipe to help with that Monday motivation. 


150ml milk of choice (I use coco/almond milk)
1 cup ice
1 frozen banana
Small handful of spinach leaves 
1 serve of greens powder 
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 


Combine all ingredients in a blender, pour into an eco-friendly cup and enjoy!
