The Downside:
Our seconds stock are the unloved pieces sitting to the side which arrived out of the box a little scuffed or marked and can't be sold along with their full-priced (and slightly more beautiful friends). They are still in perfect working order so if you're someone who doesn't mind some imperfections, it's a good opportunity to grab yourself a bargain!

Dishwashing
Top rack only on gentle cycle less than 75 degrees celsius.
Microwave
Reduce power to medium.
Freezer
Suitable to be frozen to -20 degrees celsius.
Some scratching will appear over time when using stainless steel cutlery with pressure. This is due to the PLA being less dense than stainless steel and the lack of a toxic coating over the top of the product.
No returns will be accepted on used dinnerware unless deemed faulty.

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Daisy Graze Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
